Additional Infomation About Product

The BRT2821P-12 is a high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchronous step-down switching regulator manufactured by International Components. It is designed to produce a regulated output voltage of either 12V or 5V. It has an input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V and is capable of output currents up to 12A. It features an internal power MOSFET, a step-down switching frequency of 500KHz, and an integrated 400kHz oscillator. The device also includes protect features such as output over-voltage protection, output over-current protection, thermal shutdown and input under-voltage lockout. It is housed in a thermally efficient TO-220F package and is suitable for use in a wide range of DC-DC conversion applications.
