TechnologiesThe BCR402UE6327HTSA1 is a LED Lighting Driver AF SMALL INTEGRATION IC LED DRVR 40V manufactured by Infineon Technologies. It is a 40V, integrated, monolithic high-efficiency LED lighting driver IC specifically designed for AC/DC LED lighting applications. It offers a wide input voltage range of 90-305VAC/277-440VAC, and high efficiency over the full load range with up to 95%. It is designed to enable an easy analog voltage dimming control of the LED lighting system. It features an integrated 650V power MOSFET, voltage and temperature monitoring, integrated over-temperature protection (OVT), and soft-start functionality. This LED driver allows both line frequency and high frequency operation, has an integrated product schedule TIMER/DIMMING logic, and an integrated low standby power control.
