Additional Infomation About Product

The ILX232DT is an integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by IK Semicon, based on the RS232 communication protocol. It is a Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) which has dual transceiver function. Its surface mounted package is SOP-16 with RoHS certification. It is compliant to the RS-232 specification and can run at base communication rate up to 100 Mbps. It features integrated EMI filters for improved noise immunity, and its robust high speed data transmission make it suitable for various applications. Its operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C and its supply voltage ranges from 3.0V to 5.5V. It boasts low power consumption of 4mA and 10mA in transmit and receive mode respectively. It can be used in data communication, storage systems, and consumer electronics among others.
