The AIP6150 motor driver SOIC-8_150mil is a RoHS-compliant product from I-Core. It is an integrated motor driver featuring automatic current detection, overvoltage and overcurrent protection. It provides up to 0.8A peak current and 0.55A continuous current with input voltage between 3V and 15V, and comes in a SOIC-8_150mil package. It is suitable for driving a wide range of motors, including DC brush, brushless DC and stepper motors. It is designed to have low noise, high efficiency and high reliability. The AIP6150 motor driver is also available in a low-cost surface mount IC package.
