Additional Infomation About Product

The PC817B is an optocoupler device manufactured by Huajing. It is a 4-pin DIP (Dual in-line Package) module compliant with the RoHS directive. The device contains an infrared LED optically coupled to a photosensitive transistor. This optocoupler isolates two circuits, providing analog signal isolation up to 3000Vrms for 1min. and digital signal isolation up to 2500Vrms for 1min. It has an isolation capacitance of less than 100pF (picofarads). Operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C, while storage temperature range is from -40°C to 100°C. It features CMR (Common Mode Rejection) of 50dB minimum and has an off-state output current (leakage current) of 5nA maximum. The optocoupler is ideal for protecting the input of circuits from over-voltage transients. It is widely used in AC-DC converters, inverters, PLCs, programmable controllers and other industrial control applications.
