The DS1232D with Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisors SOP-8 RoHS is a leakage current monitor IC manufactured by HTC Korea. It is designed for use in input protective circuitry in battery powered equipment, to detect leakage currents and prevent overcharge, deep discharge, and overvoltage conditions. The device has an input voltage monitoring range of 2.7V up to 18V, and can detect as low as 10 µA of leakage current. It provides four programmable level programmable detects, two level enable, and a reset signal. It features an active low reset signal and is powered through a single supply voltage. It is available in a SOP-8 RoHS package type, making it suitable for use in automation applications.
