The HK7336-A Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-89 RoHS by HK is a monolithic integrated circuit (IC) designed specifically to provide high voltage and high current output in a voltage range of 3 to 40 volts. It is capable of delivering output currents up to 500mA. It is manufactured with a SOT-89 package, which provides a compact footprint and performance optimization. This IC features high accuracy voltage regulation with very low dropout voltage (200mV maximum at 500mA). The IC also features low quiescent current consumption, good line and load regulation performance and an internal thermal shutdown protection. It also includes an internal current limiting and short circuit protection. It is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in various electronic circuits.
