US1MF is an ultra-fast high efficiency rectifier manufactured by High Diode. It is a surface-mount SMAF rectifier with a top mount, is made up of two separate diodes connected in series. It is RoHS compliant and offers a high current rating with low forward voltage drop. It has a maximum reverse leakage current of 1 microamp and an ultra-low thermal resistance junction to ambient of 3.6°C/W. It is suitable for applications that include rectification, power factor correction, and reverse voltage protection.
