.The DSS120 with Schottky barrier diodes (SBD) SOD-123FL RoHS is a high diode manufactured rectifier diode designed for low forward voltage rules in switch mode power supplies and other applications. It is composed of two Schottky diodes in a dual-in-line SMD package with a total power dissipation of 1W. The device provides very fast switching, low VF and is widely used in high frequency switching applications. The SOD-123FL RoHS features low leakage current due to a very low reverse avalanche current and a low forward voltage drop over a wide temperature range. It is constructed in a PN junction barrier formed between a N+ diffusion and P-type material, with a heavily-doped cathode and can be operated up to 175°C. This diode is RoHS compliant.
