The DS3486M/TR is a 16-pin, small outline package (SOP) integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by HGSEMI that is RoHS compliant. This device is a dual multi-channel RS-485/RS-422 transceiver ideal for high speed data transmission up to 115.2 kbps in half-duplex. The device features high speed slew rate control and signal distortion prevention circuit for enhanced signal robustness. The device also features adjustable receiver sensitivity and noise immunity. The differential receivers reduce external noise pickup and simplify system designs. The device is primarily designed for industrial and automotive applications.
