The HBS1621E is a LCD driver SOP-16_150mil RoHS manufactured by HBSIC. It is a surface-mount IC designed to interface an LCD display to a microcontroller or other digital ICs. The HBS1621E can be used to control both character and graphic LCD displays. It consists of 40 pins, including 14 I/O pins, 16 data pins, 5 control pins, and 5 power pins. It also contains a high-quality A/D converter, temperature compensation, and voltage regulation. It features low standby power consumption and high noise immunity. It is RoHS compliant and designed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
