GRF2501W Released High Gain, Ultra-LNA 802.11ac: 4.9 9.0 GHz Product Description GRF2501W is an ultra-low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for IEEE 802.11a/n/ac/p applications in the 5 GHz band and up to 9 GHz with appropriate matching. The LNA is operated from a single positive supply of 2.7 to 5.0 V with a typical bias condition of 3.3 V and 18 mA and is internally matched to 50 at the input and output ports.
