DSK34 is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD), manufactured by FUXINSEMI. This diode is a SOD-123 RoHS (Further Restrictions of Hazardous Substances) compliant package. It has a breakdown voltage between 0.5 to 0.9 V and features a high switching speed. This SBD provides a continuous forward current of 30mA and a maximum power dissipation of 150mW.
