The B5819W is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by Fuxinsemi and has been designed to comply with the RoHS standards. This diode, packaged in a SOD-123 package, provides an excellent power dissipation junction temperature of 175 Deg. C with a reverse voltage rating of 6.0V at 125 Deg. C. With a fast switching speed and low forward voltage drop, this device is suitable for use in a wide range of high-frequency applications, such as switching mode power supplies and PWM input signal converters.
