Additional Infomation About Product

The IRM8601 is an infrared receiver module manufactured by Everlight with built-in conductive and optoelectronic components in a low-profile plastic package. Operating at a frequency of 38KHZ, it is used as an interface between infrared remote control and microcontroller or other data transmission device. The module is capable of sending and receiving RC5 protocol signals. It has a compact size of 22 mm x 8 mm and is RoHS compliant. It features a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 5V and can detect distances up to 10 meters. The module requires minimal external components, uses low power consumption, and offers superior EMC performance. It is used in applications such as remote control devices, toys, games, and educational aids.
