Additional Infomation About Product

The EL3021 with Triac Optocouplers DIP-6 RoHS from Everlight is an excellent solution for isolating AC signals in a range of applications including lighting, heating, motor speed control, and other industrial control systems. This device is a single channel, 6-pin DIP-style optocoupler which utilizes a triac as the output load. This part is RoHS compliant in the automotive, appliance and industrial control markets. The EL3021's output circuit consists of an integrated optically coupled triac and a zero-crossing detection circuit. The product features a guaranteed isolation breakdown voltage of 5.2kV and an insulation rating of 5M ohm, ensuring reliability and safety when interfacing two circuits. The EL3021 also features a maximum off-state leakage current of 2mA and an operating temperature up to 105°C. With its low power consumption and high isolation voltage, the EL3021 is an ideal solution for isolating signals in a variety of applications.
