-ComponentsThe EG4001A Infrared Sensor SOIC-8_150mil RoHS manufactured by EG-Components is a dual channel, embedded CMOS Phototransistor device. The device integrates two phototransistors and filters into one SOIC-8 package meeting RoHS compliance. It features high gain, high-sensitivity, low dark current, and low power consumption. The EG4001A has a wide viewing angle and is highly sensitive to infrared radiation. It is suitable for consumer electronics, office automation equipment, optical switches, remote control systems and all types of detectors. It operates over a wide voltage range from 2V to 5.5V and temperature range from -40? to 105?. The EG4001A is an ideal choice for a range of sensing applications requiring infrared detection.
