The EMR5-W500-1-D is one of Eaton's motion control devices. It is a digital input output (DIO) mini relay module which is used to control a wide variety of functions in automation systems. It provides a range of digital I/O control options, including two-state control, pulse width modulation, input signal conditioning, and pulse train control. The device can be used in both simple applications such as controlling a single motor or light, or more complex configurations with multiple devices and sensors. It is compatible with a wide range of automation systems and contains electromagnetic resistors (EMRs) which provide protection against surge and inductive loads.
