Semiconductors The M38510/75001BCA(E2VNSC) is a low-power high-speed CMOS static RAM memory device manufactured by E2v Semiconductors. It is a 16K x 8 bit static RAM organized as 2,048 x 8. It is designed for use in microprocessor-based memory systems. It comes in a 48-pin leadless ceramic flat pack and features a high speed clock rate of 250ns for random word accesses. The M38510/75001BCA(E2VNSC) also has an on-chip power-on initialization circuit that initializes the static RAM memory to all zeros upon power application. This device also features an asynchronous active low chip enable and asynchronous active low write enable. It is capable of withstanding 2 KV ESD and has a typical standby current of 2.2 mA.
