The E2v M38510/13101BPA is a 16-pin, plastic, quad flat pack (QFP) integrated circuit (IC) with a range of features, including a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller, an SPI analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a fast asynchronous serial I/O (UART).
This combination of integrated circuitry enables devices such as digital tablets, medical equipment and consumer electronics controllers to have cost-effective, full-featured systems. The IC includes 8K of user flash-programmable memory and 28 general-purpose input/output pins. It also has four 10-bit analog-to-digital-capable channels and multiple clock sources. The 27 MHz high-speed internal clock generator allows operation with various clock speeds up to 84 MHz, making it suitable for very complex applications. The unit is RoHS-compliant and can operate in an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
