Additional Infomation About Product

1. E2VST is a high performance, programmable error correction code (ECC) engine integrated circuit from E2V Semiconductor. 2. It offers a very high data integrity by providing two, independently programmable ECCs in a compact package. 3. It features an on-die Register File, I/O buffer and control unit which allows for easy interfacing with other ICs, along with full scan programming for process control. 4. The E2VST also offers relative single-correct and double-correct programmability, as well as multiple internal registers for data storage or parameter settings. 5. The part number 5962-90658033C(E2VST) has a maximum clock rate of 20MHz and is available in either a 208-pin TBGA or 129-pin BGA package.
