The 54F38DMQB(NSC) is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) integrated circuit made by E2V. It is designed to generate a stable and continuous frequency signal of up to 3.5GHz and can be driven with a low-voltage control signal. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, excellent power consumption of 11mW, and logic shutdown capability. The device features excellent linearity and wide frequency range, making it useful for applications such as frequency synthesis and microwave system control.
