The SL1045 with Schottky Barrier Diodes TO-277 RoHS is a surface mount diode manufactured by DIYI. It offers superior ESD protection and fast switching time compared to conventional diodes. The SBD features a Schottky diode array that offers low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It is made from a high quality materials that is tolerant to both temperature and vibration. Its TO-277 package makes it ideal to use in tight space constraints. This part is RoHS compliant and is ideal for high frequency rectification, ESD protection, and power supply design.
