DevicesThe DIO20722MP8 is an 8-lead MSOP (Mini Small Outline Package) RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) compliant general purpose amplifier manufactured by Dioo Devices. It uses an advanced silicon nitride bipolar transistor process to offer high performance. Its common direct-coupled gain configurations of +2,+5,+10, and +20 are easy to use. The device is able to operate from -50°C to 105°C and can operate from a single voltage supply ranging from +1.2V to +12V. It is constructed from an ultra-thin ceramic package and has superior EMI performance to help meet EMI compliance requirements. The DIO20722MP8 is ideal for low-power audio applications, oscilloscope instrumentation, line-apatched tone controls, active filters, and all types of circuits requiring low-level amplification.
