The SS36 with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMC (DO-214AB) RoHS manufactured by DIOFIT is a three-terminal diode designed primarily for low-voltage and high-speed switchings. It features an integrated Schottky barrier, which reduces switching time and associated losses in comparison to conventional pn-junction diodes. The SS36 also has a high voltage blocking capability up to 30V, an integrated ESD protection, and a low forward voltage drop for reduced power dissipation. It is RoHS compliant, meaning that it does not contain hazardous substances.
