The ZLDO1117K50TC is a voltage regulator IC manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a linear positive fixed 1A output IC with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This voltage regulator IC has a TO-252-3 package and is designed for input voltage range of up to 15V. It is designed to provide output voltage of 5.0V ±2%, with an output current of up to 1A. The ESR of its output capacitor is 0.22O maximum and the quiescent current consumption is 400 µA typical and 600 µA maximum. It includes a thermal shutdown circuit and overcurrent shutdown circuit as safety features. The ZLDO1117K50TC is ideal for applications where low output noise, fast transient response, and a low drop-out voltage are required.
