PI4ULS3V204 4-Bit Bi-directional Level Shifter for open-drain and Push-Pull Application Features Description V can be Less than, Greater than or Equal to V The PI4ULS3V204 is a 4-bit configurable dual supply CCA CCB 1.1V to 3.6V on A Port and 1.1V to 3.6V on B Port bidirectional auto sensing translator that does not require a High-Speed with 24 Mb/s Data Rate for push-pull directional control pin. The A and B ports are designed to application track two different power supply rails, VCCA and VCCB High-Speed with 2 Mb/s Data Rate for open-drain respectively. Both the VCCA and VCCB supply rails are application configurable from 1.1V to 3.6V. This allows voltage logic No Direction-Control Signal Needed signals on the VCCA side to be translated into lower, higher Low Bit-to-Bit Skew or equal value voltage logic signals on the VCCB side, and Non-preferential Power-up Sequencing ESD protection exceeds 8000V HBM per JESD22- vice-versa. A114 The translator has integrated 10 k pull-up resistors on the Integrated 10 k Pull-up Resistors I/O lines.
