The MBR2060CT-LJ with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) TO-220AB RoHS manufactured by Diodes Incorporated is a 60V 20A ultra-low forward voltage Schottky Rectifier. It features industry standard TO-220AB packaging and improved power dissipation and switching losses. It is designed to provide a low-cost, high-efficiency replacement for ordinary rectifier diodes in power supplies, deflection circuits and solar, automotive and other power switching applications where high efficiency is desired. Its ultra-low 0.60V typical-forward voltage drop and 175°C junction temperature rating provide an optimal solution for space-constrained applications. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
