DML1005LDS SINGLE CHANNEL SMART LOAD SWITCH Description and Applications Features and Benefits The DML1005LDS is a single channel load switch with very low on- Low R Ensures On-State Losses Are Minimized DS(ON) resistance in a small package. It contains an N-channel MOSFET for 0.8V to V -1.5V Input Voltage Range BIAS up to V -1.5V input voltage operation and 10A current channel with 10A Continuous Current BIAS 3.2V to 5.5V bias supply.
