Additional Infomation About Product

The DGD2181S8-13 is a H-Bridge Gate Driver manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It has two high-current over-temperature protected P-Channel MOSFET channels with a current level up to 600mA per channel. The device has built-in over-temperature protection and a no-load efficiency of up to 97%. The DGD2181S8-13 Gate Driver features a wide operating supply voltage range from 2.5V to 18V and a low voltage supply for VCC acceleration to minimize start-up time. Its stand-by mode can reduce supply current to less than 0.1 µA, while providing a low charge pump current of up to 290mA. The device is suitable for driving DC and stepper motor applications.
