The B2100AE-13 Schottky Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated is a highly efficient, low forward voltage, low leakage, surface mount Schottky rectifier. It is housed in a 1.1 mm × 0.55 mm SMA package and is comprised of two Schottky diodes operating in series. It is capable of blocking voltages up to 100V and offers up to 1700 mA with a low forward voltage drop. The B2100AE-13 is ideal for a variety of applications such as DC-DC converters, telecom equipment, automotive systems, power management and LED lighting. Its low forward voltage drop and high efficiency make it suitable for battery operated devices where power loss minimization is important. The device is also RoHS compliant and AEC-Q101 qualified.
