The APX809S05-29SA-7 with Supervisory Circuits 3-pin MPU Power Voltage Detector is a precision voltage detector made by Diodes Incorporated that is used to detect the power voltage in microprocessors (MPUs). The device features a very low current consumption of 1 µA to reduce power consumption and minimize interference with the system's normal behavior. It features a ±2% threshold accuracy for ultra-precise voltage detection and the wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C ensures reliable operation over a wide temperature range. The device is available in a small SOT23-3 package making it ideal for space-constrained PCB designs. Additionally, the device is rated for up to 5kV Human Body Model ESD protection and is certified to meet IPC/JEDEC ESD JESD22-A114C standards.
