The AP5727WG-7 is an integrated LED lighting driver developed by Diodes Incorporated. It includes a constant current LED driver, a BIAS OLED power supply (BOPS), a 1.2MHz sub system timing function (SSTF), and integrated power TFT transistor. The LED lighting driver includes four independent channels with output current respectively of 40mA/45mA/50mA/55mA, and it is specifically designed to drive LED strings in OLED lighting applications. The BOPS power supply has a regulated power output of 1.9-3.3V as well as the ability to detect and respond to the OLED backplane to manage the voltage accordingly. This power supply supports up to 7 voltages and features a cycle-by cycle charge current limit protection. The integrated 1.2MHz SSTF provides a fixed frequency control and input data capture function. Lastly, the integrated power transistor includes a slew rate control function and a low quiescent current to reduce power consumption.
