The DP3701E with SOP-7 AC-DC Controllers & Regulators ROHS from Developer Microelectronics is a 3-terminal, robust linear regulator device with protection against reverse battery. It acts as an input diode limiter, while preventing output or integrated circuit overload. The device provides a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 25V, fixed output voltage options of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.7V, 3.3V and 5V, and a maximum output current of 400mA.
