The CT354 with DIP Optocouplers SOP-4_2.54 RoHS is a 4 pin dual-channel optocoupler manufactured by CT Micro International. It has a 8.2 kV peak breakdown voltage and a 100 mA CTR range. It is RoHS compliant and has an integrated circuit of photo-transistor with a built-in base resistor for easy interfacing. The optocoupler is housed in a plastic DIP package with a pin spacing of 2.54 mm. It has a high common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/µs and a high input impedance of > 5KO. The typical CTR current transfer ratio is around 80-400% at 5V, depending on the LED current. It provides logic level isolation between input and output devices. This optocoupler is suitable for PLC signal isolation, commercial lighting control systems, AC/DC motor speed/position control and other applications.
