Additional Infomation About Product

CHT-7486-CSOIC16-T is a 16-lead Ceramic Surface-Mounted Small Outline Integrated Circuit (CSOIC) voltage regulator manufactured by Cissoid. It is based on the CHT-7486 integrated circuit, which is a high efficiency DC-DC buck converter with an adjustable output voltage and up to 4 A output current. The CHT-7486-CSOIC16-T packs the same features, such as peak current mode control, 500 kHz switching frequency, an adjustable output of 0.27 V to 28.2 V, and a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 28 V, into a compact 8.7 mm x 5.3 mm x 1.6 mm package. The output voltage is adjustable via an external control pin, and the regulator has a shutdown control pin to enable low-power mode operation. It also includes a wide selection of integrated protection features, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and thermal shutdown. Suitable applications for the CHT-7486-CSOIC16-T include IoT devices, medical devices, portable electronics and communications systems.
