Additional Infomation About Product

The CHT-7408-CSOIC16-T is a low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator, made by Cissoid. This 8-pin integrated circuit can provide up to 300mA of current, and is designed to provide a very low noise output with high load and line regulation. It also has a built-in thermal protection feature with hysteresis. The device has an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 6.0V, and has a thermal shutdown temperature of +160°C. The LDO is housed in a lead-free 16-pin dual in-line (DIP) packaging, and is hermetically sealed.
