TBDY20 is an automated order-to-cash distribution network managed by CDIL (Continental Distributors India Limited). The network aims to streamline the entire distribution supply chain, helping to accelerate product availability, shorten delivery times and provide better visibility. It consists of a three-stage network: 1) Retailers can submit orders to CDIL through the TBDY20 portal. 2) CDIL then verifies and accepts the orders, dispatches it to the nearest warehouse. 3) From the warehouse, the order is shipped to the retailer. The network also includes a last-mile delivery service, which leverages third-party logistics for efficient delivery of products to the retailer. Overall, TBDY20 provides an integrated and efficient distribution system for CDIL, allowing it to manage large volumes of orders, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.
