Additional Infomation About Product

The LM78L08 is an 8-pin voltage regulator from Continental Device India Limited (CDIL). It is a three-terminal regulator device with a low dropout voltage and current limiting feature. It is designed to provide a precision 5V regulated output voltage from an unregulated input voltage ranging from 8V to 32V. It has an over-temperature protection feature that prevents damage due to excessive power dissipation. Its features include reverse polarity protection and thermal shutdown protection which improves reliability and protection from any fault conditions. The LM78L08 can supply up to 100mA of output current and features an adjustable output voltage from 1.2 V to 10V depending on user specifications.
