Additional Infomation About Product

The Broadcom HSMS-2803-BLKG is a four-terminal surface mount (SMT) Schottky diode. It is designed specifically for RF/IF and other high-frequency signal clamping applications, such as in cell phones, GPS, PDAs and other mobile devices. The diode is constructed with a very low forward voltage drop (VF @ IF=10mA=0.2V typ) and an ultra-low reverse leakage current. Its features include a maximum reverse voltage rating of 30V and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The part is packaged in a miniature, SOT-23 package.
