ACPL-W60L and ACPL-K63L High-Speed LVTTL Compatible 3.3V/5V Optocouplers Data Sheet Description Features The ACPL-W60L/ACPL-K63L are optically coupled gates that Dual Voltage Operation (3.3V/5V) combine a GaAsP light emitting diode and an integrated high Package clearance/creepage at 8 mm gain photo detector. The output of the detector IC is an open 15 kV/s minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at V CM collector Schottky-clamped transistor. The internal shield = 1000V provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity High speed: 15 MBd typical specification of 15 kV/s at 3.3V. LVTTL/LVCMOS compatible This unique design provides maximum AC and DC circuit Low input current capability: 5 mA isolation while achieving LVTTL/LVCMOS compatibility. The Guaranteed AC and DC performance over temperature: optocoupler AC and DC operational parameters are 40C to +100C guaranteed from 40C to +100C allowing trouble-free system Available in 6-pin stretched SO-6 and 8 pin stretched SO-8 performance.
