Data Sheet ACPL-P349 and ACPL-W349 2.5-Amp Output Current SiC/GaN MOSFET and IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler in Stretched SO6 Description Features 2.5-A maximum peak output current The Broadcom ACPL-P349/W349 contains an AlGaAs Wide operating V range: 15V to 30V CC LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with 110-ns maximum propagation delay a power output stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for 50-ns maximum propagation delay difference driving SiC/GaN (Silicon Carbide/Gallium Nitride) Rail-to-rail output voltage MOSFETs and IGBTs used in power conversion 100 kV/s minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at applications. The high operating voltage range of the output V = 1500V stage provides the drive voltages required by gate CM LED current input with hysteresis controlled devices. The voltage and high peak output I = 4.2 mA maximum supply current current supplied by this optocoupler make it ideally suited CC for direct driving SiC/GaN MOSFET and IGBT with ratings Under Voltage Lock-Out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis up to 1200V/100A. Industrial temperature range: 40C to 105C Safety approval UL Recognized 3750/5000 V for 1 min.
