Data Sheet ACNW3430 5 Amp Output Current IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler with 100 kV/s Noise Immunity Description Features The Broadcom ACNW3430 contains an LED, which is 5.0 A maximum peak output current optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output Rail-to-rail output voltage stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for driving IGBTs UVLO with V reference for negative power supply E and power MOSFETs used in motor control inverter 150 ns maximum propagation delay applications. The 100 kV/s noise immunity prevent 90 ns maximum propagation delay difference erroneous drive in noisy industrial environment. The voltage LED current input with hysteresis and high peak output current supplied by this optocoupler 100 kV/s minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at make it ideally suited for driving IGBT directly. The V = 1500 V CM ACNW3430 has the highest insulation voltage of I = 5.0 mA maximum supply current CC V = 1414 V in the IEC/ EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5.
