The BL9165-180BARN is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator manufactured by Belling. It is a SOT-23-5 package with RoHS compliant lead-free construction. The device operates from a 2.2 to 15V input voltage range. Output voltage is set by using an external resistor divider, capable of delivering up to 180mA of output current. The regulator incorporates current limit and thermal shutdown for protection against overcurrent and overtemperature conditions. It features an industry standard pin-out, enable option, reverse current protection and low quiescent current for extended battery life. It is ideal for use in portable systems such as mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 players, etc.
