The AU0721P0 with DFN0603-2L ESD protection devices is a RoHS-compliant component produced by Applied Power. This device is a two-channel ESD protection diode featuring an ultra-small DFN0603-2L package and very low clamping voltage. Its working voltage is 3.3V to 15V, with reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V. It has an ESD protection of 15kV (contact) and 40kV (air-gap discharge). The diode also has a fast response time that exceeds 1ns from 0V to its breakdown voltage, and its leakages range from 3.4nA to speeds up to 5.2mA. It is designed to protect two signal lines from electrostatic discharge damage and is suitable for use in smartphones, tablet PCs, digital cameras, and other portable electronic devices.
