The APO3605A with DFN2x2-6L Monitors & Reset Circuits ROHS is a RoHS-compliant, 6-pin DFN packaged Reset Circuit from Applied Power. It is designed to monitor and reset processor systems in the event of an unrestored power cycling or system overload. It features an adjustable delay time and reset threshold voltage, an open drain output, and will supply a logical low active reset signal impedance of = 14 kOhms. The APO3605A is capable of operation in wide range of temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. It is ideal for applications such as PCs, notebooks and servers.
