AnaSem VRD1328MTX is a SOT-23-6 RoHS dropout regulator (LDO) that provides an adjustable voltage rail from 0.8 V (minimum) to 5.0 V (maximum). It has a maximum output current of 500 mA and a high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 48 dB at 1 kHz. The device has an internal oscillator for load regulation and low-current detect monitoring. Other features include an optimized quiescent current, low ground current, and a 1.2 µA shutdown current.
