The VDA3810NTA with PMIC - Supervisors SOT-23 RoHS manufactured by AnaSem is an electronic dedicated power supervisor IC. It is designed to monitor superbly the sourcing and sinking down to 1.8V with a very low 3.5uA current consumption. With an adjustable reset delay from 1.5ms to 68.7ms, outstanding VCC transient response and no external components needed, this IC can be applied to many industrial, consumer, automotive and medical applications. It features a wide operating voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V, providing protection from erroneous reset trigger via a built-in power-on reset (POR). In addition, a built-in glitch filter delays reset pulse alleviating the effect of nuisance glitches. The supervisory function provides an active-low reset output and two open-drain inputs that can be used in various combinations. The SOT-23-5 package makes it ideal to optimize board space in space-constrained applications.
