The VDA1220CTA with PMIC - Supervisors SOT-23 RoHS is a voltage monitor and supervisor integrated circuit released by AnaSem. This device is designed to monitor and supervise up to two power supplies and features accurate and stable voltage monitoring ranging from 1.4V to 5.8V. It also features adjustable hysteresis levels, programmable delay functions, an integrated comparator and three programmable outputs.
