The MAX803SEXR+T with Supervisory Circuits 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Circuits is an analog integrated circuit from Analog Devices. It offers three reset monitoring functions, manual reset/power failure reset, active high/active low reset, and multiple timeout reset/watchdog reset. This reset generator is designed to provide RESET and power-on reset signals for microprocessor and microcontroller based systems. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is available in a 8-pin SOIC package. The unit has an output voltage range up to 5.5V and a supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V. This IC also features a low quiescent current, fast recovery time, and single-pin reset disable mode.
